Sign outside the building. Our guide had no idea where this place was, funny since she says she has been here a lot.  But she is super nice so we will let it go.

There are two puppies here. The white one is named for the Chinese head honcho, and the black one is named Obama.  What is funny is that when they fight Obama always wins.  The staff here think that is a hoot.
