NVC

So we just got the email this afternoon that we are in the system at the NVC.  I am hoping and praying that we will be "cabled" (meaning our paperwork is sent to the consulate in Guangzhou, China) tomorrow and they will email us the PDF (which our agency needs in order to drop off our Article 5 paperwork) on Wednesday morning.

So far our stuff has been sped up by about 5 days.  This is largely in part to Senator Robert Casey, who has had his people on the phone for weeks advocating for our son.  Needless to say he will have our vote in every election here forth!
