and a SCIS!!!

We got our USCIS approval in the mail today.  It was approved last week (the day after we got fingerprinted), but the final approval form came today...  Today of all days.

Today is February 21st, and in a land far far away a beautiful little boy turned 11 years old today.  Never in his life has he been given a gift or had someone celebrate this joyous day with him, but here, he just received his first every birthday gift and he doesn't even know it!

So we are done with the US approval.  There will be FINAL approval right before we travel, but unless something life-changing happens to our family we are approved to adopt Jack.

So Happy Birthday my dear... may somehow you know how dearly you are loved and much we long for you to be home with us!  Hang in there my little man and know this is the last birthday you EVER spend alone!!!
